Seems like Riot Games are intending to give the Chemtech Drake some buffs in League of Legends patch 13.2. These buffs should be coming on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
The Chemtech Drake, League of Legends' most iconic Drake, is getting a boost in Patch 13.2. The Chemtech Drake , which debuted in League of Legends in Preseason 2022, was most certainly one of Riot's worst balancing nightmares.
It was first published in a very powerful condition, introducing certain harmful elements to the game. For starters, the Chemtech Soul effectively provided the holder with a free revive for a few seconds. Champions like Sion would utilize it in conjunction with Guardian Angel to resurrect three times in a single fight.
The Chemtech Rift, on the other hand, produced Disguise Zones on the map, and entering these zones would camouflage a champion.
Chemtech Drake Buffs
Here are all the Chemtech Drake buffs coming in League of Legends patch 13.2.
- Chemtech Soul bonus damage increased from 10% to 11%
- Chemtech Soul damage reduction increased from 10% to 11%
- Chemtech Blight tenacity increased from 5% to 6%
- Chemtech Blight heal and shield power increased from 5% to 6%
The changes are more of quality of life changes and should not affect the current state of the game.
Riot brought back the Chemtech Drake in Preseason 2023. They got rid of all the bad mechanics and gave the Drake Heal And Shield Power and Tenacity. Although Drake is in good health, it appears to be underperforming.
The buffs will be available on live servers with Patch 13.2, which will be published on January 25, 2023.
