League of Legends Patch 26.19 brings buffs for Aatrox, Aphelios and more, nerfs several champions, adjusts Lucian and changes Teleport and support items.

Riot released their full preview for League of Legends patch 26.19 coming on September 23, 2026. This patch will be one of two to balance the game before worlds.

There will be 10 champions buffed and 6 nerfed in this patch. Lucian is getting a readjustment instead of a buff or nerf. Riot will also be changing top lane teleport and melee support starter items.

Some changes were made from the previous preview such as Orianna being removed from the patch.

LoL Patch 26.19 Buffed Champions

Here are some champions that will be getting buffed.

  • Aatrox: Will have a shorter cooldown on W and more healing from his E off of bonus health.
  • Aphelios: His calibrum will deal more damage. Severum will heal more, Gravitum will slow enemies more and Infernum will have a lower cooldown. Crescendum will also deal more damage.
  • Aurora: Her R will last longer and she will deal more damage with her E.
  • Draven: Base AD increased from 62 to 64.
  • Elise: Will gain more bonus atk spd from her W and will have higher magic damage on her passive.
  • Fiora: Increased base hp per level and more healing on her R.
  • Kha'Zix: More damage on his passive and his W when evolved will slow for longer and his E when evolved will have more range.
  • Lillia: Will have more base armur and her R will put enemies to sleep for longer.
  • Master Yi: Will get 1 second of his Q back instead of having a % of his cooldown returned.
  • Volibear: His passive atk spd will scale off AP and will have more bonus AD scaling on its damage.

Champion Nerfs and Lucian Adjustment

Here are some champions that are going to receive nerfs in patch 26.19: Nasus, Nocturne, Poppy, Rumble, Ryze and Vi.

Nasus will receive less bonus damage from his Q. Nocturnes ult will now have a longer cooldown. Poppys Q will do less damage to monsters. Rumble will have a lower attack speed on his passive. Ryze will receive less flux damage on his Q and have a higher mana cost on his E. However he will have more armour growth. Vi will have a lower base AD but will have higher AD growth. She will also have a lower shield on her passive.

Lucian will be receiving changes as well.  His passive will now do 5 (+15%AD) damage instead of 15 (+20%AD). He will have more damage on his Q going from 80-220 to 90-250. Riot stated this will help him be less reliant on certain support combos and be better in solo queue.

Teleport and Support Item Changes

Top lane teleports will have there cooldown reduced by 30 seconds from 420 to 390. The upgraded teleport will also have its cooldown reduced by 30 seconds.

The World atlas and runic compass will now give less health but more hp regen. They will now give 0/60/150 HP and give you 50%/75%/75% hp regen instead of 25%/50%/75%.

Riot are looking into ranged top lane but nothing has been confirmed for patch 26.19.
