Lord Saladin is returning to Destiny 2 next week with Iron Banner mode and loot in tow. It will be followed by Solstice of Heroes so there will be armour pieces all over the place.
Iron Banner introduced two new weapons during the last outing so if you didn't get them then, you will have your opportunity after the next weekly reset, on August 4, 2020. The same goes for the armour pieces that you might still want to get, especially because some of them have great rolls.
As for the weapons, auto rifles are currently more popular than sidearms so many will be looking to get unique rolls on The Forward path. If you are not sure which rolls would work well but want a weapon with Iron Gaze, you should be looking for Rifle Scope ST or Red Dot Micro in the first slot and Accurized Rounds in the second one.
This way, the range penalty from Iron Gaze will be eliminated and you will have an auto rifle with 91 aim assistance. If you are lucky enough and get Dynamic Sway Reduction with the aforementioned rolls, you will be able to spray harder than Banksy and still get headshots all the time even though you can't see anything because of that muzzle flash.
Iron Banner will go on until the weekly reset after that, on August 11, 2020, at which point the Solstice of Heroes will kick-off .

It will feature the glowing legendary armour and some ornaments so make sure you farm it up if you want to look good while shooting Dregs.
