Icebrood Saga's name is a dead giveaway when it comes to figuring out where Guild Wars 2 will take the Tyrian heroes next. Players will once again brave the Shiverpeaks as they decide to take the battle to Jormag's doorstep.
As you can hear in the trailer above, the ice dragon seems to be much more eloquent and willing to verbally interact with Tyria's various races than his fallen brethren Zhaitan, Mordremoth and Kralkatorrik. To be honest, the whole trailer is basically an elaborate taunt that went on for more than two minutes.
Jormag's advanced articulation is probably a byproduct of the dragon's approach to the whole world domination thing. Unlike the other dragons, this one does not corrupt lesser beings in order to enslave them. Instead, the big popsicle gives promises of great power, making it a trickster
ArenaNet stated that Charr and Norn will be the featured races as they spearhead the campaign against the big bad thing that corrupted Svanir all those years ago. Therefore, it is safe to assume we will see much more Rytlock Brimstone and Braham Eirsson, which was also suggested during the trailer.
While everyone loves the big furball with a flaming sword, it's hard to imagine people will be ecstatic to see more of Braham. He is often seen as the snotty member of the Commander's group with really questionable decision making.

Anyway, the Icebrood Saga will kick off on 17 September 2019 and ArenaNet bundled a new offering - Heart of Thorns expansion will be whenever a player purchases the Path of Fire expansion.
As per usual, there is no charge for the new Living World episode and those who already had Heart of Thorns will receive a voucher that can be redeemed for any Gem Store armour set along with a unique Mordrem glider and the Vanguard title.
