In its latest appearance at the showcase, Gears of War: E-Day got its first confirmed release window. Pre-orders are now available for those on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Along with the new trailer, developer The Coalition has announced pricing, pre-order bonuses, and all of what’s included with the Premium Edition of the game.
Standard Edition comes in at $69.99, on par with current pricing for large first-party titles. When players pre-order, they’ll unlock access to the upcoming Gears of War: E-Day Open Beta. Players will also unlock the Exfil Dom Character Skin and Exfil Weapon Skin Set, which will be available starting on launch day.
If players want more, there’s also a Premium Edition of the game. Costing $99.99, players get a number of bonuses on top of the game itself. The largest of these bonuses is up to five days early access to the game.
Players will also receive the Bravo Squad Signature Weapon Pack, which includes weapon cosmetics based on the squad.
Five Seasonal Customisation Packs will also be included; the Emergence Pack will be included at launch, with four more doled out as future seasons are released.Rounding out the bonuses, players will receive 1,000 Iron in the Premium Edition. Iron is the premium currency in-game used to purchase cosmetics and other optional content.
Now that pre-orders have opened up and it has a release window, excitement is only continuing to grow for Gears of War: E-Day. For those looking to return to the start of the series’ story, you can now choose which version to play when it launches March 10th.
