Later this year we will be jumping into Gears of War E-day as we revisit the roots of the game. The Coaliton is looking at what happened before the events of original Gears of War. There are currently two versions you can purchase for when it comes out.
Standard edition will get you the game and the Premium will give you some extra content such as early access, cosmetics and Iron as well as season rewards. If you have Xbox game pass ultimate you can play the standard version and pay the difference for premium.
Gears Of War: E-Day Editions And How Much They Cost
As mentioned there will be 2 editions of Gears Of War: E-Day and an option to upgrade to the premium edition if you have Game Pass.
- Standard Edition - $69.99 will just include the game itself.
- Premium Edition - $99.99 will include the game and some extras as well as early access (up to 5 days).
- Premium Edition Upgrade - $30, if you have Game Pass and already have the game you can purchase this to get the extras mentioned above.
So if you want to play the game earlier than everyone else and have some extra customisation options during the life of the game the Premium edition is what your looking for.
Gears of War: E-Day Pre-Order Bonuses
Players who pre-order either edition will receive two cosmetic rewards: Exfil Dom Character Skin and Exfil Weapon Skin Set.
All of these below will only be available with the premium edition.
