Gears of War: E-Day is going to be one of the biggest Xbox games coming out soon. If you want to play on PC you can now see what requirements the game needs.
Since this is a newer game and is the prequel to gears of war we can assume that it will require decent hardware to run. Its not too bad if you want to meet the minimum specs but you will need some space on your SSD.
Gears of War: E-Day PC Requirements
There are 3 sets of PC requirements for Gears of War: E-Day. These will allow you to play at 1080p, 1440p and 4K. If you meet the minimum specs you should be able to get 60 FPS at 1080p. The recommended specs will let you play at 1440p at 60+ FPS and Ultra will allow you to play at 4K at 60+ FPS.
Here are the requirements:
- Minimum Specs: You will need a Ryzen 5 2600X or Core i7-6850K/Core i5-10400. A RTX 5050/RTX 2060/RX 6600/RX 9060 and 6GB VRAM. 12GB of RAM.
- Recommended Specs: A Ryzen 5 5600 or Core i5-11600K is needed. With a RTX 5060/RTX 3060 Ti/RX 6700 XT/RX 9060 XT with 8GB of VRAM. And 16GB of RAM.
- Ultra Specs: A Ryzen 7 7800X3D or Core i7-14700K. A RTX 5070 Ti/RX 7900 XT with 12GB VRAM. And 16GB of RAM.
All of these requirements will need 115GB of SSD Storage.
Nvidia DLSS 5, AMD FSR 4 and Intel XeSS 3.0 will be supported along with TSR. There will be support for Ray Tracing as well.
Gears of War: E-Day will support HDR and ultrawide monitors. There is also a benchmark mode that allows you to change graphic settings. You will need at least 115GB of free space on your SSD no matter which requirements you choose to play on.
