Bethesda updated the Fallout 76 launch codes, on a weekly basis as per usual but there is a slight change this time around as the codes will now update on Tuesdays rather than Mondays.
Fallout 76 codes used to update each Monday at 5:00 PM PDT / Tuesday at 2:00 AM CEST but this will change now for normalised code update each Tuesday, at the same time, regardless of the time zone.
The updated codes that will be valid from 1 until 8 October 2019 are:
- Alpha - 66835244
- Bravo - 06206397
- Charlie - 17189221
Just in case you are not familiar with the mechanics of the codes, they can either be used to ruin the day for someone you really, really don't like or to create a ground zero where you can go and farm high-level enemies for the best loot in the game.
People now mostly use the codes for the latter cause. If you are one of them and preparing to farm up a bunch of enemies in search of the perfect Legendary weapon or gear piece, you will first need to join the Enclave (eww) and work the questline until you get promoted to General.
After those tasks, you will gain access to the Command Center in Whitespring Bunker. Now you will need a Nuclear Keycard which can be found on Cargobots . Clear out Site Alpha , Bravo or Charlie and you will get to a terminal next to a window that shows you an ICBM.
There is a keycard receptacle to the left of the terminal. Insert your keycard there and turn to the right of the terminal to find the keypad where you will punch in one of the codes provided above.
Finally, interact with the terminal and launch the nuke at the site of your choosing. Congratulations, now you can go and kill the reskinned Skyrim drag...Scorchbeast Queen. It will be a regular Scorchbeast if you dropped the nuke anywhere other than Fissure Site Prime.
