Bethesda have detailed upcoming fixes and improvements for their online RPG Fallout 76. Once Patch 13 arrives, it will include a fix for useless drill drops in Vault 94, server stability improvements and disconnect fixes among other things.
Fallout 76 is set to receive the first patch since Bethesda introduced Vault 94 raid earlier this month. The publisher detailed all fixes and improvements that will arrive with the Patch 13 and some of the most notable changes include improved Vault 94 rewards, server stability improvements and fixes for Power Armour Exit bug and server disconnects.
You may know that some players reported useless rewards such as drills when completing Vault 94 raid. Fortunately, Bethesda confirmed they will get rid of the drills and also increase the amounts of XP, components, and aid items you earn when completing a Mission.
As for the server stability improvement and disconnect issues, Bethesda say that they are aware of lag reports and disconnects inside Vault 94. "Performance and stability are among our top priorities, and we’re actively working to make additional improvements on these fronts whenever possible," it's written in the post.
Bethesda also received some feedback on Armour Penetration and that non-ballistic weapons should benefit from these effects. With Patch 13, they will. For example, Energy Weapons with the Anti-Armor legendary attribute will now bypass Energy Resistance.
With Patch 13, Bethesda are also looking to make some significant quality of life improvements for the Events system based on many pages of feedback that the Fallout 76 community shared previously. More details about these and other changes will be available in next week's Inside the Vault blog post.
Until then, players can take part in the new Legendary Sale event which is now live on all platforms. For the next few days, players can visit Purveyor Murmrgh at Berkeley Springs Station to get 25 per cent off any legendary weapons and armour you buy with Legendary Scrips.
