Elden Ring is being described as one of the greatest RPG games of all time and From Software's best game yet.

The review embargo for Elden Ring has dropped and we have first reviews coming in. Judging by the early critics, not only that Elden Ring is a prime candidate for the Game of The Year, it's one of the games that will surely be remembered as the best of this generation.

At the time of writing, Elden Ring has an overall score of 98 out of 100 on Metacritic, which makes it one of the highest-rated games of all time, joining the likes of Breath of the Wild, Red Dead Redemption 2, Grand Theft Auto V and Super Mario Galaxy.

Reviewers are describing Elden Ring as one of the greatest action RPG games ever made and certainly the best game that From Software ever made. They praise the design of the open world, which is unlike anything ever made in video games, the art, the bosses and call Elden Ring the most accessible From Software game yet but at the same time, also the hardest and most punishing.
