EA's highly-anticiapting shooter Battlefield 2042 is getting a standalone short film named Exodus. The films follows the events that will trigger an all-out-war in Battlefield 2042.
EA and Dice are agressively kicking off their marketing campaign for the upcoming shooter Battlefield 2042 . Today, the publisher announced that a standalone short Battlefield 2042 film will be coming later this month.
EA dropped a short teaser via their YouTube and you can check it out in the embedded video below:
The film will officially premiere on August 12, 2021 at 8:00 AM PDT, 5:00 PM CEST and it will reveal the events that will trigger an all-out war in Battlefield 2042.
It seems that the film will also be a start of series of info, trailers and other reveals. EA mention World of 2042 in the trailer and all signs point to a big avalanche of Battlefield 2042 news in the coming weeks and months.
We know that EA and Dice plan to host Battlefield 2042 beta in September, which is just around the corner and the film and other planned reveals will certainly hype up the players to try the game before the release.
Battlefield 2042 will officially hit the shelves on October 22, 2021, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
