Xur is back for another weekend in Destiny 2, although only Titans are likely to be looking forward to their Exotic this time around. He is also offering the same weapon Twitch Prime subscribers just got for some reason.
Guardians can find Xur at the Hangar in the Tower this week. In case you are not sure how to locate it, open the map and set a waypoint to Amanda Holliday who is marked with a ship icon. Go to her and turn left so you can proceed to the aircraft landing pad. Once you're near that, Xur will be up the stairs to the left, as shown on the image below.
He is selling The Prospector this week. It is currently unknown whether it was intentional on Bungie's part as this weapon became available to Twitch Prime subscribers just recently. Anyway, the weapon is great for melting bosses in PvE so if you didn't get it already, you should.
Crown of Tempests is something Stormcaller warlocks will appreciate. The Exotic headpiece will reduce cooldowns on Arc abilities whenever the Guardian scores a kill with one of them. Coupled with mods that also do that, you can find yourself spamming grenades and melee alike.
Hunters drew the short straw this week as all they are getting are The Bombardiers. These pants can't compare with some of the class' best Exotic armour pieces. It is only good for baiting enemies dumb enough to step into the grenade the Hunter left behind while dodging. It is useless otherwise.
Titans are getting the Doom Fang Pauldron which is fantastic for Sentinels. The reason is pretty straightforward - getting melee kills charges your Super. Furthermore, while the Super is active, getting melee kills will recharge Shield Throw. Getting kills with Shield Throw will extend the duration of the Super. In other words, you can have it up more often and for longer.
That is something everyone strives for so get this Exotic while it's available. Just a tip - pair the gauntlets with Monte Carlo for quicker melee charging which will, in turn, make your Super fill up extremely quickly.
