Xur is located on The Rig on Titan this week. Travel to the aforementioned waypoint and then proceed towards the Solarium. By the time you exit the big structure you go through, there will be a small room to the left, which is where you can find the vendor. You can check out the image below for the exact location.
Sunshot is the weapon that you can purchase from him this week. It is a hand cannon that is great for clearing minor enemies in PvE, making it fantastic for horde mode activities like the forges or the Menagerie. The weapon has seen a lot of use in the Crucible lately as well, making it a great Exotic to have all around.
Hunters are getting the Liar's Handshake which can ramp your melee attack to do insane amounts of damage. It has been used countless times to cheese Riven and works fantastic in both PvE and PvP. In the case of the latter, if you survive the first melee attack from an enemy, you will one-shot them.
Fists of Havoc already give Titans additional survivability since it's a roaming Super but Eternal Warrior gives you the additional edge if you want an overkill since it provides an overshield. With this thing equipped, not even aggressive sniper rifles can one-shot you. Then again, its usefulness is extremely situational.
Warlocks are getting Skull of Dire Ahamkara which can be useful for Void Warlocks who utilise Nova Bomb. Casting the Super will grant additional damage resistance and the Exotic will return Super energy on successful Nova Bomb kills.
