Xur, Agent of the Nine, is back for another weekend stay in Destiny 2 as he is now on the Guardians' doorstep with some useful Exotics, although not the meta ones.
Xur is located in the Tower's hangar this week. To get to him, spawn in the Courtyard, open the map, put a waypoint on Amanda Holliday and go to her. Upon reaching the shipwright, turn left and go straight to the aircraft landing platform. You will notice a set of stairs to the left of it - take them and you will reach the Exotic vendor. The picture below shows his exact location.
Skyburner's Oath is Xur's weapon offering this week. While it's a mix of scout rifle and weak grenade launcher, this weapon is struggling to excel anywhere. On the bright side, it has no damage dropoff so you might have some good time triggering the snipers on the other end of the map by flinching them into oblivion.
Hunters are getting Lucky Raspberry, which is useful for some Arcstriders as it makes the Arc Bolt grenade's chaining capabilities better and has a chance to reset the ability's cooldown. It is certainly great for clearing out hordes of minor enemies in PvE and is decent in Crucible but if you are already going for an Arcstrider Exotic, it might as well be the Liar's Handshake.
Vesper of Radius is Warlocks' high-risk, high-reward Exotic that lets them do nutty stuff with Rifts, provided they jump into a bunch of enemies and then activate the class ability. With that in mind, it is easy to see why this armour piece is useful in PvE and equipping it is at best questionable in PvP.
Titans can purchase Peacekeepers. This Exotic is useful in both PvE and PvP as it increases the Titan's movement speed while wielding an SMG. Furthermore, it will reload holstered SMGs automatically. For PvE, you can equip The Huckleberry and The Recluse for amazing clearing potential. It's best to equip something that uses special ammo in PvP, in addition to the SMG.
