Another week and Xur is still bugged but he is carrying good rolls on the Exotic weapons and an armour set that you might want for transmog.
Guardians looking for Xur can find the weekend vendor of Destiny 2 in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week.
If you're not familiar with the location, spawn on the aforementioned landing zone, turn slightly left and move that way until you reach a fork in the road. At that point, take the path to the right and when you see a crashed Fallen ship, you can go through the cave underneath it to reach him. Alternatively, you can climb the rocks a little to the right.

Once again, all the armour pieces have extremely low stat rolls so the only highlights are some of the weapons.
Hawkmoon is pretty good for PvP with the Eye of the Storm while Dead Man's Tale generally benefits from Fourth Time's the Charm.

Shattered Cypher is worth picking up because it's a fast-firing machinegun with Void damage which works with the damage boost from armour mods and Volatile Rounds.
