Well, the weekend vendor has finally delivered in Destiny 2 after so many weeks of disappointment.
Destiny 2 players almost gave up on seeing useful items in Xur's inventory but he finally saw fit to overcome Bungie 's wonky RNG and finally sell the armour set that everyone was waiting for.
From April 28 to May 2, 2023, he is located in Winding Cove, EDZ. If you are not familiar with the location, just spawn on the landing zone in Winding Cove, take a slight left and go towards the ridge that splits the road into two.
Take the path to the right and follow it until you find a crashed Fallen ship. You can either take the tunnel beneath it or climb the rocks to the right as you face the ship to reach Xur.

If you were waiting for the Escalation Protocol pieces to get that transmog rolling, now is the time. Other than that, the Hunter helmet is pretty impressive for a Legendary roll. Stat distribution could be better but it's still a good pickup.
Starfire Protocol is currently meta in PvE and the roll is not bad so it's definitely worth getting if you don't have one.
Armamentarium is also pretty good, as well as the Lucky Pants but they are not exactly must-haves so if you are strapped for resources, prioritise the Warlock Exotic.
