Destiny 2 is getting the first raid in The Witch Queen soon and Bungie posted the rules, quirks and rewards of the upcoming contest.
Vow of Disciple World First start time
Destiny 2 players will be able to enter the race from March 5, 2022, at:
- 10:00 AM PT
- 1:00 PM ET
- 6:00 PM BST
- 7:00 PM CET
The race will end on March 6, 2022, at the same time. Anyone who completes the raid during this period will receive an exclusive emblem.
Rules
Vow of Disciple will be in Contest Mode for the first 24 hours, meaning:
- Artefact power is enabled but the overall power cap is still 1530
- Some gear is disabled due to issues that could be exploited
- None of these items will be disabled in other activities
- Some items will have perks and functionality nullified in Contest Mode
- The first team to complete all the encounters, loot the final chest and exit to orbit will be declared winner
- If any members leave prior to completion of the win conditions, they will individually be intelligible for the belt
- The rest of the team will be rewarded
The list of items that will suffer negative power impacts if equipped are:
- Weapons
- Ikelos v1.0.2 SMG
- Imperial Needle bow
- Grand Overture machine gun
- Wardcliff Coil rocket launcher
- Armour and mods
- Wormgod Caress Titan gloves
- Peregrine Greaves Titan legs
- Suppressing Glaive artefact mod
More items might be blacklisted or have some sort of penalty by the time the race starts. Bungie Help Twitter account will publish the final list "on Saturday morning". It's probably in Pacific Time so an hour or two before the race is the likely timeline.

Bungie will announce the winners on Destiny's Twitter account after they inspect the process of the top teams' completion.
