Dead Cells fans are in for a huge treat that also happens to be just around the corner.
Motion Twin announced that they are going to release Return to Castlevania, the next DLC for Dead Cells , on March 6, 2023.
The exciting news came during the latest Nintendo Direct but despite the crossover, there will be no exclusivity involved as the DLC is coming to all the available platforms and both stores for the PC crowd.
On the other hand, pre-orders are now live for Epic Games Store but you can only wishlist the DLC on Steam so it's unclear whether something might complicate the release there.
As for the content of the DLC, it is just as it sounds. The player will get to meet Richter Belmont and Alucard while attempting to hunt down Dracula.
However, the most famous vampire in the history of the concept is not the only one players will take on as Death itself will present a challenge too.
The journey will be full of back and forth like a proper Castlevania game but Richter and Alucard will provide powerful weapons along the way to ease your trials.
For those who hoped for a more personal touch from the Castlevania protagonists, there will be cosmetic options to embody the likes of Richter Belmont, Alucard, Simon Belmont and more.
