Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's Season 2, which brings a ton of new content including new weapons, multiplayer and Ground War maps and a brand new battle pass is now live on all platforms.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's long-awaited Season 2 update has arrived. Jump into action on the iconic Rust map, check out the new Ground War map and of course, level up your battle pass for new weapons, charms, calling cards and operator skins.

The update is pretty gigantic, it clocks at almost 70 GB on PC, which is a size of a pretty big standalone game.

As for the new content, Infinity Ward and Activision already revealed the update highlights but of course, there is a lot more that players are yet to discover, like the battle pass items for example. Just like the Season 1 battle pass, the latest one also brings 100 items to unlock in the next few months.

If you have reached the level 100 of the Season 1 battle pass and did not spend the earned coins in the in-game store, you can get the Season 2 battle pass for free, since the amount of coins you get in each battle pass equals the price of the battle pass, which is £16.75.
