Destiny 2 Season of the Chosen introduced numerous bugs to Exotic weapons and armour and Bungie recently revealed which particular five they are looking into.
Rocket launchers received a damage buff with Season 13 launch but one was actually nerfed. Eyes of Tomorrow, the Exotic rocket launcher is dealing meagre damage after the update, which understandably upset many owners of the weapon. The bad news is that the bug hasn't been fixed yet but the good news is that Bungie are aware and looking for a fix.
Besides the totally-not-Wardcliff Coil, there are four other Exotics that are being looked at, although only one more is bugged to the point where it has gameplay impact. The Exotic in question are Dunemarchers.
These Exotic boots are what makes Titans zip around the map like there is no tomorrow and that part is still fine as we can still run really fast with them. The problem occurs with the Linear Actuators perk. You might build up the charge by sprinting but still not get the damage to spread out to nearby enemies when striking one with melee.
If you noticed this before and were worried that your Titan version of Stompies was nerfed, you can now rest easy. Just like the issue with Eyes of Tomorrow, the Dunemarches bug is not fixed yet but it's on Bungie's priority list.
The remaining three bugged Exotics are all about appearance as it's really their ornaments that are glitched:
- Fourteenth Anamnesis alters the appearance of Helmet of Saint-14, not Khepri's Sting
- Mantle of Remembrance is an ornament for Shinobu's Vow, not Aeon Swift
- Caduceus ornament is supposed to apply to Ophidian Aspect, not Aeon Soul
