Baldur's Gate 3 has a ton of secrets which is why would highly recommend you go in blind the first time around. It just isn't the same when you know all those things instead of finding them on your own.
However, some areas were particularly well-hidden, such as the one with the fish people, and recently a video started circulating that there is a chunk of content players didn't explore yet.
The video in question was from Astarion's voice actor, which gave it credibility but Larian soon explained why it is incorrect and that it's not the actor's fault.
Namely, Neil Newbon stated that there is around two hours worth of content the players didn't discover and the footage is not altered. It is indeed him but he also didn't lie, at the time.
In a mailed explanation for GamesRadar, Larian explained that it is actually an old video and at the time, Newbon was correct as not many, if any players found the Blood of Lathander.
The weapon in question is the first Legendary you can get in the game and the only one obtainable in the first Act. However, by the time the video made rounds in the past week, it had already been discovered by many players and there are numerous walkthroughs all over the internet.
If you still didn't acquire it, we would also suggest getting the weapon as it makes Act 2 much easier and remains highly useful all the way to the endgame.
