With the PS5 Pro now officially here, a spate of popular titles have been given a spot of upgrades to take advantage of the consoles' nicer specs.
These include the Demon's Souls remake by Bluepoint Games and Larian Studios' Baldur's Gate 3, both of which boast some fairly impressive visual and performance improvements.
With Demon's Souls' latest patch-1.005-the game now targets a full 60 FPS with upscaled 4K resolution via PSSR technology on the PS5 Pro hardware.
Already a stunner of a remake for this classic action RPG, the additional oomph from PS5 Pro hardware really pushes it into the next level of smoothness-so every battle feels and becomes much more immersive.
Notably improved, Baldur's Gate 3 now offers two graphics modes. This game runs in native 4K with 30 FPS in Quality mode, displaying detailed environments and animations.
The Performance mode upscales from 1440p to 4K using PSSR, where players can get a much higher framerate of 60 FPS to enjoy quite smoother gameplay.
Quality mode holds a steady 30 frames per second in splitscreen multiplayer, while Performance mode runs at 60 for seamless gameplay either exploring alone or with friends.
Both of these games boast improved graphics as well as performance that really show off what the PS5 Pro is capable of. From the brutal world of Demon's Souls to deep storytelling in Baldur's Gate 3.
