The Annihilation Instinct expansion for Atomic Heart will take us to the new Mendeleev complex, where we will be able to battle with new robots using two new weapons.

On August 2, 2023, Atomic Heart will have its first expansion. We will visit the Mendeleev Complex and the surrounding marshes in the DLC titled Annihilation Instinct, where we will be able to fight brand-new kinds of robots. According to the trailer Mundfish used to introduce the new Atomic Heart DLC, the action appears to be a little faster than in the main game, as well as a little more bombastic.

In addition to new plastic opponents, the new DLC also brings two new weapons, Secateur and Klusha, which we will be able to add to the already existing arsenal from the base game. Apart from new weapons, the new ability to manipulate time will also be available to Major P3.

According to YouTube comments, fans are thrilled that good ol' Nora is also included in the latest Atomic Heart expansion and can't wait for more entertaining conversations with this hilarious AI vendor.

All owners of the game will be charged extra for the Annihilation Instinct DLC, with the exception of those who purchased the Deluxe Edition or a separate Season Pass. Although the pricing of the DLC is presently unknown, it should probably cost around $20 given that it is an AAA title and that DLCs for games in this category typically cost around that amount.

What all Atomic Heart owners will undoubtedly get from today's update is the New Game+ mod, which is merged into the game with today's update, which is extremely praiseworthy from Mundfish, who adds something new to Atomic Heart every now and then, keeping the game continuously interesting since its release.
