Ubisoft have announced that the Terminator DLC will be removed from Ghost Recon Breakpoint next week.
Ubisoft have announced via Ghost Recon Twitter that the Terminator content will be removed from Ghost Recon Breakpoint in five days.
The publisher did not share a specific date and time but we assume Terminator content will leave the game sometime on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
"Hey Ghosts, the Terminator needs to leave Auroa in T-minus 5 days. If you haven't gone up against them yet make sure you do before then!," Ubisoft tweeted.
Ubisoft did not say why are they removing the Terminator crossover from the game but we suppose it's due to licencing deal which allowed them to only have the cyborg assassin for a few years.
Ghost Recon fans will recall that the same thing happened with the Predator content in Wildlands, which got removed a couple of years after the game's launch.
If you are yet to play the Terminator missions in Breakpoint, we suggest you hurry up and get those exclusive rewards before the crossover is removed from the game for good.
The Terminator event provides two missions and exclusive items like weapons and gear inspired by the Terminator films.
Ubisoft previously announced that they will no longer release new content for Ghost Recon Breakpoint so it's safe to assume that the publisher could reveal a new Ghost Recon game very soon. Wether that happens this year it remains to be seen.
