Capcom published the details about the upcoming beta test for Street Fighter 6, including the big date, conditions for participation and available features.

Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta is taking place from October 7 to 10, 2022. It is technically an extended weekend since it's starting on a Friday, letting players check out enough of the game and possibly test the servers before it goes live.

In order to participate, you will need to get lucky. First, you will need to sign up for the beta test on the official website and then hope Capcom picks you from all the other fans who applied.

The beta test will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S with crossplay enabled but keep in mind that the participants must be 18 or older.

On top of that, anyone who wants to submit an application has to have a Capcom ID or they won't be able to take part in the closed beta test.

Testers will be able to create their own characters for the Battle Hub and social interactions but World Tour will not be available. Additionally, only one character can be created per tester.

As for the regular characters that will be playable, there is a short roster that consists of Luke, Jamie, Ryu, Chun-Li, Guile, Kimberly, Juri and Ken.
