Street Fighter 6 is going to have one exciting feature that could become a crucial part of the series in the future, should it be executed well.
Capcom has always touted multiplayer as the central part of the Street Fighter series and Street Fighter 6 is not going to be any different. However, the devs have included one game mode that will focus on single-player and it shows massive potential already.
World Tour will see players creating their custom characters and then training all over the world in order to become the best one around.
On their journey to the top of the fighting world, they will meet masters - Street Fighter classic characters who will train them in their styles that will be reflected in the custom character's moves.
Initially, the player will be recruited as security detail by Buckler Security in Metro City, which will lead to Luke showing them the ropes but it appears the world will be explorable afterwards, without having to go through an on-rails experience.
One of the main features here is the character creation that will let players customise clothes, facial features and more in order to create their perfect avatar. It's almost certain at this point that monetisation will find its way into these systems so be ready for it.
Some customisation options might be up for grabs through gameplay but most of them will likely be sold in the Battle Hub, the social district where players will meet and interact with their custom avatars.
