Silent Hill: Ascension is the name of a brand new interactive horror series set in the Silent Hill universe. Konami and Genvid, the studio behind this series, have today released the first trailer, showcasing the set of characters and some terrifying monsters.
Silent Hill: Ascension follows multiple main characters from locations around the world tormented by new and terrifying Silent Hill monsters. The way Konami tell it, millions of players will get to determine the outcome of the series by watching it on a streaming service similar to Netflix and even the creators of this project don't know how Silent Hill Ascension ends.
The official press release states that Silent Hill: Ascension will expand the Silent Hill universe, explore intergenerational trauma and give the audience to impact the Silent Hill canon forever.

- High-fidelity visuals streaming across devices
- Beginning later in 2023, the game features daily live story moments where each day is different than the last based on audience actions
It does look like Silent Hill Ascension will be free to watch so it's certainly worth keeping an eye on, especially if you are a fan of this horror franchise.
Ascension is just one of the new Silent Hill projects as Konami are looking to completely revive their series with new games and experiences. Later this year, we're getting Silent Hill 2 Remake with other games like Silent Hill Townfall and Silent Hill F also coming in the near future.
