Capcom's next remake is reportedly Resident Evil 4 and by the looks of it, it could be their biggest yet. Apparently, it is a completely new game, a full remake that will be built from the ground up with expanded story and more.

Earlier this year, reports suggested that Capcom have already started work on their next remake. Apparently, a fan-favourite Resident Evil 4 the next in line for a total makeover and will be Capcom's biggest remake yet.

However, it won't be coming anytime soon since Capcom are currently busy with Resident Evil: Village but there are smaller teams working on the remake right now.

A reliable and trusted source Dusk Golem, who accurately revealed details about Resident Evil: Village has shared a couple of new details about Resident Evil 4 Remake, which will be a completely new game, built from the ground up and full remake, not just a simple visual enhancement. On top of this, " the story is an area [Capcom] are focusing on expanding greatly".

Hopefully, this also means a full rework of the game's controls, which did not really age well and are one of the biggest cons in otherwise one of the biggest Resident Evil game in the series history.

As for the potential reveal, Dusk Golem states that we better be "ready to sit on this one for like a year until Capcom finally drop the first trailer.

Of course, since we do not have any official info on Resident Evil 4 Remake, you should take these details with a dose of scepticism just like any other rumour, leak or unconfirmed info.
