One Piece Odyssey's first DLC Reunion of Memories brings an all new story

Bandai Namco have today announced Reunion of Memories, the first DLC for One Piece Odyssey called, their RPG based on the iconic anime franchise. 

Bandai Namco's RPG One Piece Odyssey is getting a full-fledged DLC called Reunion of Memories, which will be available soon across PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Bandai Namco shared the trailer today, along with a couple of details regarding this DLC, which will be the first one for One Piece Odyssey.

The DLC seems to be set after the events in the main story. A girl who looks like Lim appears dressed in black holding a sinister black cube in her hand. The adventure for The Straw Hat Crew then kicks off as they try to get the cube to escape changed Alabasta. 

The devs say that the DLC will heavily focus on battles and players will get a lot of combat encounters which require a tactical approach so expect a tougher challenge. 

Here is the official description of the story in the One Piece Odyssey's upcoming DLC Reunion of Memories.  

"The famous pirates are finally resting after their unbelievable adventures on the island of Waford and in Memoria, the world made of their memories. 

But as they celebrate their last night together before sailing away, a girl who looks like Lim appears dressed in black clothes with her hood pulled over her face, holding a sinister black cube in hand... but who is she? 

The Straw Hat Crew will be forced back into Memoria and transported again to Alabasta, although it seems different from last time, and the cube needed to escape has disappeared!"

One Piece Odyssey is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. You can also check out a demo version across these platforms.
