Arkane Studios Lyon have been working on Marvel's Blade for almost two years, according to the LinkedIn profile of Arkane's Campaign Director Dana Nightingale.
Under the experience tab, Dana Nightingale listed work on Marvel's Blade, which started in January 2022. This means that the game has been in development since at least January 2022. Keep in mind that it's entirely possible that Arkane started working on Blade even earlier but Nightingale was not part of the project until later.
Arkane did confirm that Marvel's Blade is early in development so the info from LinkedIn profile pretty much correlates with the earlier statement. All of this suggests that Marvel's Blade won't be coming out anytime soon.
If we had to guess, we'd say that this one is probably scheduled for 2025/2026 if everything goes according to plan. Hopefully, it does, as we're really excited for an Arkane-style Blade game set in Paris.
Marvel's Blade was one of the biggest announcements at The Game Awards 2023, especially since it seems to be the first Marvel IP that will be exclusive to the Xbox ecosystem. While the platforms are yet to be officially announced, it's safe to say that Microsoft will almost certainly lock this one down to their platform.
Marvel's Blade is expected on PC and Xbox Series X|S. If you're not familiar withe the game, Arkane confirmed that this will be a third-person immersive sim, unlike their previous titles like Deathloop and Dishonoured. Expect a mature, single-player experience with a lot of vampire slaying.
