It looks like League of Legends fans will soon have two new Prestige skins to look forward to. Leaks have revealed new skins called Prestige Magma Chamber Veigar and Prestige Magma Chamber Jax. While Riot hasn’t officially announced them yet, these skins are based off of the fiery Magma Chamber aesthetic.
This means lava effects, molten armour plating, and Prestige-exclusive gold details. Even though Riot hasn’t announced these skins yet, leaks of the splash arts show they’re likely coming as Battle Pass rewards later this year.
Prestige Magma Chamber Veigar and Jax
Leaks revealed that Prestige Magma Chamber Veigar will be available as part of the Season 3 Act 1 Battle Pass and Prestige Magma Chamber Jax will be the Prestige reward for completing the Classic Pass.
Veigar fully commits to his evil magician personality, complete with a sinister-looking dark armour set, glowing crystal wings, flaming crown, evil-looking staff with a captured yordle at the tip, and Prestige gold effects melting into the magma background, for one of his most elaborate skins ever.
As expected, Jax fully commits to the magma theme with glowing magma cracks across his body, blue and orange flames across his head area and redesigned lamppost with a lava lantern and chained Prestige effects. His splash art is very movement-based, making one of Jax’s most dynamic Prestige skins to date.
Since these skins are part of Prestige Editions, we do not expect them to be sold outright for RP. Instead, players will have to unlock them by either completing their respective Battle Passes or buying them later with Mythic Essence assuming Riot continues its normal routine with releasing Prestige skins.
While we do not have an official launch date, current leaks suggest both skins will launch alongside League of Legends Patch 26.17 when Season 3 begins in late August 20 26. Keep an eye out for more official info as Riot starts previewing the next seasonal content update.
