This has been a kind of a running tradition, that Worlds skins are released and in celebration of any team's victory in the League of Legends World Championship, every player picks a champion they played in this tournament for their unique skin.
Some of these iconic skin lines were created thanks to this tradition, such as the Fnatic line and most recently, the DRX line. Now, we are waiting for the T1's Worlds skin line. The part that took time was deciding on Zeus's selection of Yone or Jayce.
It took a minute, but then Zeus decided for Jayce, as it's one of his most-played champions. Oner was vocal about wanting a Lee Sin skin, making it a no-brainer.
Following their dominating performance in the finals, T1 players had previously hinted at their preferred champion skins. Now, with Faker and Keria confirming their selections, all five champions for the Worlds 2023 T1 skins are officially determined.
During the press conference, Gumayusi had already confirmed that he wanted a Jinx skin. Faker and Keria replaced their LoL Worlds 2023 skins from Ahri and Bard to Orianna and Renata.
Keria, however, decided to go back to Bard. Zeus's pick, Jayce, will get the Prestige Skin, seeing he has been declared to be the MVP of the LoL Worlds 2023 Championship.
It is indeed expected that the much-anticipated T1 Worlds 2023 Championship skins will hit the League with the 14.16 patch, as all the leaks suggest. Now, the community around LoL looks to hear from Riot Games on the official launch.
