Riot Games has announced a significant rework to the Biscuit Delivery rune, set to be implemented on September 25, 2024, with Patch 14.19. The rework aims to replace the old mana regeneration benefit with more health regeneration.

Riot Games has announced one of the biggest reworks to the Biscuit Delivery rune, slated to roll out on September 25, 2024, with Patch 14.19. It's a patch joined by many in an overall rework as League of Legends heads into its third split of the year after a major seasonal adjustment in 2024 that split the game up into three competitive splits.

Riot's already begun a lot of testing on the PBE server, updating items, champions, and runes in preparation for the end of Split 2. Among the most discussed reworks is the Biscuit Delivery rune, a very popular rune among players looking for added sustain in lane.

This upcoming rework will be taking away the old mana regeneration benefit of the rune, replacing it with more health regeneration. Players will continue to receive biscuits once every two minutes, from two to six minutes.

But the lost mana restore and permanent mana increase are being replaced with health-oriented benefits. Biscuits will now restore 12% of missing health, up from 10%, and consuming or selling a biscuit will grant a permanent increase of 30 health, resulting in a potential total boost of 90 health.

While these changes may be minor-sounding, it can make quite a difference to champions who relied on the mana regeneration from Biscuit Delivery to sustain their early game.

More health from regeneration and the health bonus can actually give an advantage in matches between a melee and a ranged champion. These are followed by the upcoming Patch 14.19, along with other items and champion changes, as Riot continues to balance the game in view of Split 3.
