CD Projekt Red's birthday celebration might as well be called the opposite day as it's normally the celebrated person or entity that receives gift, but in the case of GOG's 10 year anniversary, it is those guests who come to the party that walk away with gifts.
For example, anyone who has a GOG account can go to the website and simply cast a vote for their favourite game between Shadow Warrior 2, Superhot and Firewatch. The voting process will last for another two days from the moment of writing this article and when it concludes, the game with the most votes will be up for grabs.
It may not be your favourite out of the three but it will be the one that most people voted for. The best part is that the game will be DRM-free, just like any other game on GOG, so once it's in your library, it will be yours for good. There will not be any soundtrack cut out of the game in the years to come due to a celebrity push, future OS updates have less chance to make your game incompatible and no one will have the right to simply take the game out of your library.
