As stated in the title, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor received the final gameplay trailer twenty days before the release of this action adventure from EA and Respawn Entertainment. The trailer was released during Star Wars Celebration 2023.
With the upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, EA is continuing its tradition of releasing tons of promotional content. As a result, we have already learned a lot about the game that we will have the chance to play at the end of this month. We've already written about the new things we might expect from Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and it seems this trailer is revealing even more things to look forward to.
What stands out in this trailer is Cal's fight, which could indicate that we will have a far more detailed combat system than in Fallen Order. Some enemies, like Stormtroopers and Destroyer Droids, are well-known to us from the previous game, while others we saw for the first time.
Many other features announced in previous trailers, such as Cal's sidekick helper and mountable animals, are confirmed in this trailer, and we can see how Cal's voice has changed and become deeper and darker, as previously stated. During a high-speed chase, Cal throws a Scout Trooper directly into a TIE fighter in one scene of the trailer, suggesting that environmental kills might be a thing in the upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
As things currently stand, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be a game that outperforms its predecessor in every way. To make an accurate assessment, we will have to wait until April 28, when the game will be officially available for purchase. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released for the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
