Once again, insiders are claiming that FromSoftware's upcoming action RPG will be at the upcoming The Game Awards show. However, sources are still not 100 per cent sure that the game will indeed be shown next month.
FromSofware's Elden Ring is one of the most anticipated games of 2020 but it seems this anticipation may continue into 2021 since we are yet to hear new details about the game. Many sources claimed that Elden Ring was supposed to be shown earlier this year but as you may know, that never happened.
The last hope for souls-like genre fan is the upcoming The Game Awards. Last year, the event was packed with new reveals such as Godfall, Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga and even Xbox Series X so it's safe to say that this year's show could bring even more high-profile announcements.
And according to Xbox insider Shpeshal Ed, Elden Ring is supposed to be at The Game Awards this year. Speaking in the latest XboxEra Podcast, Ed said: "I got told that Elden Ring is supposed to be at The Game Awards a quite a while back and I said to my sources is it a 100 per cent that Elden Ring will be at TGA? They said not 100 per cent but it's supposed to be there."

This is, of course, just another rumour so you should take it with a grain of salt since many "insiders" have been wrong about Elden Ring recently. However, FromSoftware Twitter recently teased the fans by saying they can't wait to show more and Xbox head Phil Spencer also confirmed he already played the game, and all this talk suggests that another trailer is indeed coming very soon.
Fingers crossed that we finally see Elden Ring next month.
