Lord Saladin is coming to the Tower soon and Destiny 2 players looking to earn some PvP-worthy weapons will be in for a treat albeit a recycled one.

Destiny 2 will kick off the next Iron Banner on December 8, 2020, at the weekly reset which occurs at 5:00 PM UTC. With that in mind, you still have a few days to get your Light/Power level up so you don't go into the matches with a disadvantage.

Some of the main draws of the Iron Banner are Pinnacle bounties and the weapons with rolls unique to the event. The current perks in the rotation, Iron Grip and Iron Gaze are situational and don't necessarily work well on featured weapons.

The Steady Hand is one such example. This 120 RPM Hand Cannon is can have some fantastic rolls but if you get either of the aforementioned perks on it, the RNG has decided today is not your lucky day. If you are looking for good PvP rolls, try getting Snapshot Sights or Swashbuckler in the fourth column for all-around strong PvP perks or Wellspring which works great in both PvE and PvP. The third column doesn't have any bad rolls for this weapon but Quickdraw is possibly the best one for PvP or Outlaw for PvE.

Players will earn the Tirastrella Ghost Shell after completing 5 Crucible matches and visiting Lord Shaxx in the Tower.

Those who favour Scout Rifles can look forward to The Guiding Sight . Unlike the Hand Cannon, this weapon can benefit greatly from Iron Grip in PvP to keep your shots on target but Zen Moment does the job just as well. Try pairing it with Rapid Hit in the third column so the Iron Grip penalty doesn't feel as oppressive.
