The PC-specific 1.08 update to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has landed, albeit with a few playlist changes for all platforms. The game's solo players seem to be quite disappointed with Treyarch's decision to remove Mercenary playlists though.

As for the all-platform changes to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Treyarch have added team deathmatch with an 85 score limit (TDM 85) to featured and the same goes for Hardcore Kill Confirmed and Control.

Chaos Domination is there as well, with the zone capture time lowered to 3 seconds. The round score limit has been increased to 150, while the match score limit is up to 300.

Moving on into more specific waters, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Xbox One and PC players can now find Safeguard as a featured playlist. PS4 owners need not worry though as it stays put on the console.

Zombies Origins Character Missions for Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo and Richtofen can now be found and completed. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Blightfather event has been enabled in all playlists, although Treyarch "reduced the health of the Blightfather in Solo and Duo playlists".

As for PC-specific updates to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Treyarch added the option to set mantling to work only on the second press of the jump key. You may recall players having trouble with the feature earlier, prompting the developer to add a toggle auto-mantle option to the controls menu. Hopefully, this does the trick.

Unfortunately, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 players who play solo have found themselves pretty disappointed over Treyarch's removal of Mercenary playlists. Fighting coordinated teams can get a bit frustrating, so many of them found refuge there, but Treyarch obviously took care of that.

Some players voiced their concerns in the patch notes comment section but Treyarch don't seem to be listening at the moment.
