Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 update adds Nuketown to PC, Xbox One

Treyarch's latest update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has landed, bringing Nuketown to Xbox One and PC, a hefty stability update for Zombies, multiplayer balancing and the first Quad Feed, i.e. doubled rewards for just about everything.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Quad Feed starts at 10 am PT / 7:00 pm CET, with players getting double the XP in multiplayer and Zombies. The same bonus applies to tier boosts, merits and nebulium plasma until Monday, 26 November 2018, regardless of their platform of choice.

Treyarch marked the arrival of Nuketown on PC and Xbox One with a dedicated Nuketown playlist, with 6v6 Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination and Hardpoint in Nuketown. As far as the rest of Xbox and PC-specific changes go, zombies will be invading Blackout's Nuketown Island for a while too and the Black Market now features Blackjack's Shop.

Team Deathmatch with a score limit of 100, or TDM 100 in short, has been added to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 by popular demand. "Hardcore Mercenary Moshpit, Mercenary Moshpit, and Gun Game round out the Featured category for the week", Treyarch wrote.

As for Zombies, the update brings more than 70 crash fixes and various stability improvements. Treyarch aren't done yet though and they know it, adding that their "primary focus is now on taking care of the remaining stability issues in high-round play". The company currently has several fixes in the pipeline, which should launch soon enough.

Fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's battle royale mode Blackout will be glad to hear that Treyarch addressed the jittering that occurred when moving, healing and/or changing attachments. The game's regular multiplayer component had some tweaks as well, most notably to the delivery speed of care packages.

PC players of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will have to wait for a PC specific patch a bit longer but it should be landing by the end of the day.
