Infinity Ward have removed two versions of M4 from Warzone loot. Players will no longer find uncommon and rare burst fire versions of the assault rifle in the battle royale playground.
After yesterday's playlist update for both Modern Warfare and Warzone, Infinity Ward have today released a new update for both titles. It is a minor update which only changes a couple of things. In Warzone, players will no longer be able to find two versions of the popular assault rifle M4.
Luckily, these two versions are uncommon and rare burst fire type, which was not very good in the first place since the majority of players prefer the full auto counterpart. Infinity Ward did not say why they decided to remove the weapon or whether it will return in the near future.
The second change comes to the new All or Nothing playlist, which has been introduced yesterday to Modern Warfare multiplayer. The new playlist now allows parties. Here are the full patch notes for this minor update:
- Removing uncommon and rare burst fire versions of the M4 assault rifle in Warzone loot
- Allowing parties into the All or Nothing playlist in ModernWarfare
