Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's rumoured battle royale mode could release on Tuesday, 03 March 2020 according to an interesting find on the new Gunfight map Bazaar.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's battle royale game is apparently a standalone, free to play title named Warzone. Rumours and leaks suggest that the mode will support up to 200 players and you will be able to play it even if you do not own Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
However, Activision and Infinity Ward are yet to officially announce the battle royale mode but the "classified" title in the main menu and some already mentioned leak pretty much confirm the existence of the mode.
One thing that we don't know is when exactly will Warzone finally drop. The latest hint, which has been found on the new Gunfight map named Bazaar suggests that the battle royale is arriving in just a couple of days.
As you can see in the screenshot below, there is a blank map with a date featured just underneath. It says "03/03" which could mean Tuesday, 03 March. Of course, you should take this with a big grain of salt just like any other speculation, leak or unconfirmed info.
That being said, Call of Duty updates release on Tuesday, so it is not entirely impossible that we see the biggest update yet on 03 March 2020. Luckily, the date is just around the corner so we won't have to wait for too long to see if the in-game numbers are actually a teaser for Warzone.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is avalible on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
