Just when the new battle pass dropped, Caliber offered up some of the best operators at discount as well.
1C Game Studios apparently decided to set the week of May 31, 2023, on fire by releasing everything in Caliber all at the same time.
CST operators are now purchasable for credits, the battle pass with four new operators kicked off and the weekly discounted operators are all useful and recommended.
From May 31 to June 7, 2023, discounted operators are Faro, Yingzhou and Eima, each standing 150,000 Credits, as opposed to 200,000.
Faro is probably the best among them as he is an assault with a highly competitive rifle, brings along one of the best passive skills and his ability, Muleta, can make him a veritable tank while providing info on enemy positions. I would recommend buying him the moment you have enough Credits.
Yingzhou is not your usual support. Instead of a light machinegun, he sports a slug shotgun that is also an unusual specimen among all the weapons. It is effective up to 30 meters and perfect for abusing peeker's advantage because it has minimal spread, making sure you don't miss due to RNG. His ability makes him and any allies practically impossible to kill while they are in the bubble while his gadget has enough explosive ammo to blow up half the map.
Eima is one of the best marksmen in the game because she can easily stun enemies and switch to the automatic sidearm to finish them off, making her extremely formidable in close range, which is unusual for the class. Her TUGS gadget will also illuminate enemies in 15m radius at consistent intervals, making every bit of her kit useful.
Unfortunately, getting these three operators will set you back 450,000 Credits in total and you will likely need a lot of them now that CST is available and all the new operators will suck out every last bit of currency out of you during the levelling process.
