1C Game Studios announced the Fog of War event in Caliber, running from November 22 to December 13, 2023.
The name refers to the new effect which will be applied to a random game mode each week, with the first week featuring Onslaught Veteran.
When playing the mode affected with Fog of War, you will not see enemy and ally health bars nor status effects on them unless you are targeting one of them. Additionally, the affected mode will award additional experience.
During the event, players can earn Tokens by completing the first three stages of daily objectives, all three stages of weekly objectives and Elite objectives.
Daily and weekly objective stages award 75 Tokens each while the Elite objective awards 150 Tokens.
Tokens can be spent to unlock the new Healer skin for Travnik, which will set you back 4,000 Tokens or Army Surplus loot boxes, which cost 700 Tokens each.
Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to farm the Tokens and you will simply have to do the objectives in order to gain the currency.
To get enough Tokens for the skin, you will need to complete roughly 15 days' worth of daily objectives along with two rounds of weekly objectives. It remains to be seen what the Elite Objectives will entail and you will definitely want to do them to cut down on necessary time allocation.
Unspent Tokens will be converted to Credits after the event ends, at the rate of 25 Credits for one Token. If you have Premium, the exchange rate will go up to one to 50.
