BOPE operators are dropping in Caliber on May 31, 2023, in a battle pass called Fearmonger.
Battle passes in this game are splintered into four parts, each costing 3,000 Coins, the premium currency. Purchasing two or three paths at once yields a 10 per cent discount while getting all four at the same time will increase that discount to 15 per cent.
This makes it quite pricey as you will need to shell out around $50 if you are buying all the Coins outright for all four paths. However, 1C Game Studios did provide alternative ways of earning Coins, be it through levelling, events like Victory Day or purchasing the Starter Pack DLC which grants 3,500 Coins for $7.5 and it can be purchased twice.
Each battle pass path will award one of the operators from BOPE:
- Assault Martelo is earned through Retribution
- Support Barreira comes from Order
- Medic Acai is in Redemption
- Marksman Cacador is in Justice
Additionally, all paths have a free and premium track that can award Credits, Coins, camos, executions and emotes.
Combining Retribution and Justice paths will let you put together an Epic skin for Sztylet, the GROM marksman while Order and Redemption will allow you to get one for Hagana, the Nesher support.
Be mindful of customisation loot boxes in the battle pass - they will show four items you can get but only the first two you choose are free while the other two will cost 400 Credits each so choose carefully.
Execution loot boxes also feature just three items with only one being acquired at no extra charge while the other two are paid for.
This is also the point where the game will introduce the surplus loot boxes, where you can obtain more customisation items or Fragments if you get a duplicate. Fragments will be used for purchasing operators on top of cosmetics from this update onwards.
