1C Game Studios usually tease Caliber changes and upcoming features through a meme or two, with the latest being the blind fire feature.
Considering this is a third-person shooter with a lot of information gained through spotting enemies while hugging a wall or even by them walking in allies' line of sight, such a feature could become highly problematic.
It appears the devs are well aware of this potential issue as they teased it for bots only.
In a short post on Steam, titled "Evolving Bots!", they shared the expanding brain meme as bots go from reloading while under fire over shooting and reloading from behind cover to using blind fire.
All four silhouettes are based on bots - two from different assaults, one from a gunner bot and one from the heavy gunner, which further hints the blind fire is coming for the AI opponents only.
While having blind fire for players sounds cool, it is highly problematic to balance due to the aforementioned excess of information you have during a match, which could cause pushing to be even harder while teams would turtle even more often.
Additionally, it would mess with one of Yaowang's selling points, which is his corner pistol, as it would become much less useful if everyone could shoot behind a corner without exposing themselves.
