Ubisoft today launched Title Update 1.0.6 for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. The new update brings highly requested customization option along with dozens of gameplay, performance, and quest fixes. Players may now choose to hide Edward Kenway’s Blowpipe under his clothing.
The feature can be toggled on by opening up the outfit menu in inventory and selecting the new Hide Gear option. To revert back to showing the weapon players can choose Show Gear. Players will also have double the amount of autosave slots after this update.
Formerly players had five slots to save their progress, but now players will be able to load further back in the game with ten save slots.Ubisoft says players will also see fixes for leg sweeps, rope dart, enemy NPCs, naval battles, parkour issues, and animations for Assassinations. Several crashes players experienced during ground or naval combat have also been ironed out.
Players on PC will no longer experience cutscenes locking at 30 FPS when using custom graphics settings. Other bug fixes from the update include missing tutorials, purchase confirmations, quest tracking not updating, and mouse & keyboard improvements. Fixes have been applied to several world and progression bugs. Players will no longer run into problems when fast travelling to an unsynced viewpoint. ACBF Resynced players will no longer get stuck when trying to parkour over objects.
Players who missed collecting certain items for Edward’s story progression will no longer be blocked from collecting them, such as the Mayan Armor. Ubisoft also adjusted the pricing on the Kraken wheel cosmetic to reflect its proper cost.Players can expect visual improvements throughout ACBF Resynced after this update.
Fixes range from visual glitches while under water to camera during assassination and general animation, ragdoll, and clipping improvements. Audio improvements and fixes are applied such as missing sound effects, voice dialogue balancing, and general environmental audio bugs.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced’s quest-specific issues have also been addressed. Progression blockers during certain story and side quests have been resolved as well as NPC behavior and mission scripting.
