As we get closer to the official launch, developer Remedy Entertainment are releasing more Alan Wake 2 footage to keep the hype train at full steam.
Today, we got to see eleven minutes of brand-new footage, that gives us a glimpse of one of the early game missions. The gameplay video can be watched here.
This particular mission is played from the perspective of FBI Agent Saga Anderson as she investigates a certain individual in a small rural town.
Eventually, Agent Anderson ends up in the woods during night, where she faces zombie-like creatures before she arrives at a beautiful Luna park. But don't let us tell you about it, check it out in the trailer we linked above.
It's safe to say that the new gameplay oozes the atmosphere as one would expect from an Alan Wake game. The dev team put a strong emphasis on making this a true blend of survival and psychological horror and we can't wait to see the results for ourselves once the game releases.
Expect to hear and see more Alan Wake 2, as the release date approaches. Alan Wake 2 is hitting the shelves on October 27, 2023, for PC via Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
