Guild Wars 2's latest episode, Jormag Rising, introduced another meta event to the Drizzlewood Coast map but the previous meta's length was shortened in order to compenaste.

City of Heroes might get private servers

Titan Network, a group behind a bunch of websites and utilities for City of Heroes back in the day has entered the fray and are now apparently negotiating a deal with NCSoft over making a private server in order to keep the game alive.

City of Heroes has been a beloved game that went under, back in 2012. Since then a secret private server emerged, was recently exposed and now it seems NCSoft legal team is pushing to shut it down but the community is not having any of it.

MMORPGs are not exactly the pinnacle of eSports, but ArenaNet have been pushing boundaries since 2006. Now, their flagship title, Guild Wars 2, will offer a somewhat different competition - Roller Beetle Racing that will award a car.

ArenaNet may have another PR issue on their doorstep, as GW2 players are reporting they are unprotected from attacks from other, malicious players. They are buying gold from illegal sellers and making innocent players suffer the penalties.

Guild Wars 2 Halloween cosmetic preview

ArenaNet appears to have placed the upcoming Guild Wars 2 Gem Store items, most likely tied to Halloween, into the game files with the latest patch. A data miner on Reddit managed to dig these files up and give everyone a preview.

WildStar will be refunded before going down

WildStar is going out of business on 28 November 2018, as you may know by now and Carbine Studios are planning on several events in order to see the game off. One thing that could be more interesting though, are the refunds devs will offer.

Guild Wars 2 store doesn't work in Belgium

Several players from Belgium started reporting issues with Guild Wars 2 in-game store since 19 September 2018 where they couldn't buy the in-game Gems currency. ArenaNet haven't officially said anything yet, but it's probably loot boxes.
