Xur is back on familiar territory and selling fun but not necessarily great Exotics.

You can find Xur in Tower hangar this week. If you don't know the exact location, just spawn in the Courtyard, open the map and put a marker on Amanda Holiday.
Follow it and once you reach her, turn left to go alongside the catwalks to the left. He will be at the end of the catwalk like in the picture below.

Telesto is the best-o. Besides all the hilarious bugs and countless hours of fixing them, Telesto is also a very useful fusion rifle. Its projectiles stick to their target and explode after a delay. This makes it highly efficient at disposing of minor enemies but sticking all of them on a boss does a decent chunk of damage. It's also highly useful in Control where you can score more than one kill in a single shot, depending on the enemy's positioning.
Actium War Rig is easily the most fun a Titan can have. Bring Sweet Business or Heir Apparent and just keep firing until you run out of ALL the bullets.
Lucky Pants are great for gunslinger fantasy. It allows extremely quick two-taps with Eriana's Vow and another hand cannon. It's not particularly useful in PvE.
Claws of Ahamkara allow you to spam melee abilities before going on cooldown but after that, you will be left hanging.
