Did you visit Nimbus and didn't find the quest to get Epochal Integration hand cannon? Don't worry, you are not the only one and it is an easy fix.
Bungie is often bad at communicating crucial info to Destiny 2 players and it was the case with the quest Parting the Veil, which you need to complete to get the Epochal Integration hand cannon.
If you visited Nimbus on Neomuna in hopes of getting the quest but didn't find anything, it is simply because you didn't complete the Exotic quest to obtain the Deterministic Chaos Exotic LMG.
The quest is called Unfinished Business and while it has 13 utterly boring steps, it is not hard at any point.
One step of the quest may be confusing - when you need to obtain Cipher Cubits from Vex, as seen on the image above. The game doesn't tell you but you have to kill the Vex on Neomuna, they won't drop the Cubits anywhere else. You will also need to loot them, they will be seen as white triangle drops.
The best place to farm them is Liming Harbor, in the bottom right section of the Neomuna map.
Farm up 40 Cubits and equip a Resource detector mod on your Ghost. That way, you will be able to see the resources you need to complete the next step from 75 meters away.
Other than that, the quest is pretty straightforward. When you're done, turn it in and you will immediately get the notification that a new mission is available, with the icon popping up over Nimbus, indicating you can pick up Parting the Veil.
Pick up the mission, complete all six steps and you will have your shiny new hand cannon. One step is fairly difficult here - you will have to defeat a Tormentor in the arena where you fought Calus.
Make sure your Light level is above 1770, bring a weapon that excels at add clearing, one that is great for precision damage and a bunch of survivability.
Always clear the adds first as the Tormentor spawns Taken Phlanx mobs periodically. Both the shield-wielding mobs and the Tormentor can knock you back, easily leading to your death. If you have a Strand build, great, you can just grapple out. If not, you will have to run circles around them and kill the Phalanx enemies quickly.
Epochal Integration comes with two rows of perks, one of which is great for PvE and the other for PvP. Having briefly tested it in PvP, it works pretty good, especially with the new perk that gives it additional range.
